Washing Instructions
We recommend that knives are handwashed using a sponge and warm soapy water, dry immediately after washing. Dishwashing is not recommended, as it can cause your knives to become blunt more quickly. To clean the knife block, wipe with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Do not submerge in water.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
