Washing Instructions
We recommend washing in warm soapy water prior to use and dry thoroughly.
As dishwashers can be harsh on non-stick cookware it is always recommended to wash by hand to prolong the life of your non-stick coatings cookware.
To prolong the cookware we recommend cooking over a medium heat and ensure the burner size matches the diameter of the pan to ensure efficient energy use. Handles may become hot, always use oven gloves.
Suitable for all stovetops including induction.
Always use wooden, nylon or heat resistant silicone utensils when cooking with non-stick cookware.
Never cut food inside the cookware as this will damage the interior or non-stick surface.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
