How To Measure Pant Size For Women

Taking measurements to determine your pant size is easy! All you'll need is a soft measuring tape.

• Waist measurement. This is the most important measurement for determining pant size. To measure your waist, wrap a tape measure around your natural waistline, just above your hip bones. The tape measure should be snug but not too tight.
• Hip measurement. This measurement is taken at the fullest part of your hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around your hips at the widest point.
• Inseam measurement. This measurement is taken from the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle. To do this, stand with your feet flat on the floor and measure from the top of your inner thigh to the ground.

Once you have these measurements, you can use a pant size chart to find the right size for you. Pant size charts typically list measurements in inches or centimetres. To find your pant size, look up your waist measurement on the chart.
