The Elevate™ range of kitchen tools is designed to improve hygiene and
reduce mess. Each tool has an innovative weighted handle with an
integrated tool rest, ensuring that thehead or blade is always raised
off the work surface, when placed down.
This stylish set comprises five kniveswith Japanese stainless-steel
blades and ergonomic handles plus a smart, slimline knife block. The
block features easy-access knife slots and a removable, two-stage
ceramic sharpener in the base. Simply push the side of the unit to
release the sharpener when required. The sharpener features two ceramic
wheels that sharpen and hone the blades, helping to keep them in optimum
condition (not suitable for ceramic or serrated blades). After use,
simply slide the sharpener back into place where a magnet holds it
securely in place.

Using the sharpener
Always place on a flat surface and grip handle firmly.
1. Starting from the point closest to the handle, place blade in groove marked 1, ensuring it is straight and perpendicular to the sharpener.
2. Draw the knife back towards you until the tip of the blade reaches the sharpening wheel. Do not saw the knife backwards and forwards.
3. Repeat up to 10 times depending on sharpness required.
4. Transfer blade to groove marked 2 and repeat.

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.
