Do not leave an empty pan on the stovetop once pre-heated. To prevent scratching, use only nylon, silicone or wooden utensils. Never cut food inside the pan, as this will damage the non-stick surface. Ensure cookware has cooled completely before cleaning. Wash pan thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. Never use an abrasive cleaner or pot scourer. Hand wash recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
