Safety Information
• Use only low to medium heat with your cookware at all times (including boiling water). Low to medium heat offers the best cooking performance. High heat may damage your cookware and this type of damage is not covered under the guarantee. Use high heat only for reducing liquids. Medium to medium high for sautéing, stir frying and frying. Low heat for warming food, simmering and preparing delicate sauces.
• Never let cookware boil dry or leave an empty piece of cookware on a heated ring or gas flame.
• Select the appropriate hob ring or gas flame size so that the heat or gas flame touches only the bottom of the cookware and does not climb up the sides of the pan.
• Do not use non-stick coated pans to flambé.
Additional Information
• Use plastic or wood utensils, with some ranges, you can use certain metal utensils with the exception of knives and whisks (Refer to the recommendations for use indicated on the packaging or in the instructions included with the product).
• Avoid cutting directly in the pans.
• Do not gouge the non-stick surface. Slight surface marks or abrasions are normal and will not affect the cookwares performance.
• After cooking, do not let pans boil dry and do not leave empty pans on a heated burner.
• Always select the proper electric burner size or adjust the gas burner so the flame only touches the bottom of the pan and does not climb up the sides.
• Never leave pans unattended while cooking.
• Let pans cool before cleaning.
• Wash the frying pan in hot water and washing-up liquid to remove any dust. Dry it and rub a little cooking oil into the non-stick coating before using for the first time. Remove any excess oil.
• Wash and dry your kitchenware after each use.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
