Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.
Metro Deliveries - should arrive in 2 – 5 business days
Regional Deliveries - should arrive in 3 – 9 business days
Remote Deliveries - should arrive in 5 – 13 business days
Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.
The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.
Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.
If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
